More On Identifying The Owner Buyer
- In identifying the real owner buyer in the organization you have to answer the following questions:
- Am I at the right level in the organization?
- Is this owner buyer the one with the final approval?
- Are there other buyers?
- Is there someone else who can veto this sale?
- Meeting with the owner buyer will help you answer these questions.
