Useability Testing
- Useability testing is the observation and analysis of user behavior while users are using a product or product prototype to achieve a goal.
- The purpose of useability testing is to find out practical information about how users actually use a proposed product.
- Useability testing makes it possible to:
- Get user feedback on specific features to the designer or developer.
- Know what changes are necessary to improve the user experience.
