  • The country of ultimate destination for an export or reexport.
  • The ultimate end user.
    • The government does not want you trading with known crimminals.
  • The ultimate end use.
    • For example, certain agricultural products could be used as weapons.
  • Conduct such as contracting, financing, and freight forwarding in support of a prohibited item.
