Satisfaction Surveys
- Satisfaction surveys provide statistical data in a standardized form.
- They can be used to evaluate:
- The users' attitudes.
- Their interest in general.
- Satisfaction surveys should be short.
- Fewer than 10 questions.
- A mixture of specific and open-ended questions works best.
- With satisfaction surveys, the impact of product changes can be quantified.
