Group Testing
- Group Testing is a fast and cost-effective way to test the product with several users.
- It provides information from real focus group users using the products and discussing them with their peers.
- It is a combination of a focus group and useability testing.
- A wealth of information is collected in a very short period of time.
- However, it lacks the personal approach of single user testing.
- The steps to produce a group test are:
- Define the target group of the product.
- Recruit the test participants through various channels.
- Arrange the test situation, tasks and questions.
- Conduct the group test.
- Analyze the results.
- Write the report.
- Report the results to product developers.
