- With a clear vision and strategy they can:
- Lead the team in executing that strategy.
- Make the customer aware of the product’s future.
- Building a road map for a product involves:
- Specifying requirements that support:
- The business strategy of the company.
- The needs of the market.
- Ensuring the right features get built in the right order and at the right time.
- Based on market relevance and customer value.
- Product managers also need to constantly monitor and revise the road map and adjust it to changing conditions.
