Responsibilities of the Moderator

• The moderator or facilitator is responsible for:
  • Introducing the session.
  • Explain and insure the four rules of brainstorming are followed.
  • Keeping an eye on the time.
  • Making the session run smoothly.
  • Making the participants feel comfortable.
  • Fostering feelings of security, freedom, enjoyment, and community.
  • Stimulating creativity if the creative process slows down.
