- They have studied as much as possible the other party including:
- The industry
- The company
- The products and services
- The balance sheet
- Import and export regulations and tariffs
- If an interpreter is needed because of language difficulty, then explain in advance the following to the interpreter:
- Product names
- Technical jargon
- Etc.
