Geographical Coverage
- Questions to ask a potential distributor regarding the territory they cover include:
- What sales territory do they now cover?
- Is this consistent with the coverage you want?
- If not, are they able and willing to expand?
- Does their territory cover more than one sovern state?
- Do they have any branch offices in the territory they covered?
- If so, are these located where your sales prospects are greatest?
- Do they have plans to open additional offices?
