- Keeping accurate records of all of your export transactions is very important.
- You should keep them for at least five years from the date of export.
- You should keep them whether you needed an export license or not.
- Warranty issues
- Legal requirements
- Drawback
- You should keep the following information:
- Commercial invoice
- Bill of lading
- Air waybill
- Shipper's export declaration
