User Centered Design Questions

• Questions to keep in mind as part of user centered design are:
  • Who are the users of the product?
  • What are the users' tasks and goals?
  • What information do users need, and in what form do they need it?
  • What functions do users want from the product?
  • How do users think the product should work?
  • What are the users' experience levels with the product?
  • How can the design of the product facilitate users' cognitive processes?
  • How do users use the product?
