Set Up

• The useability test set up should reflect the typical environment in which the product will be used.
  • If the product is farm equipment, then the useability test should be set up on a farm.
  • If the product is computer software, then the useability test should be set up in an office.
    • Using a typical monitor size.
    • Using a typical screen resolution.
    • Using a typical operating system.

• Just like other recording instruments, setting up videotaping or audiotaping takes time.
