- Is it a more efficient use of manpower?
- Does it improve methods of operation, maintenace, or construction?
- Is it an improvement over present tools and machinery?
- Does it prevent waste or conserve materials?
- Does it eliminate unnecessary work?
- Does it improve present methods?
- Will it improve working conditions?
