Web Enrollment
- Web Enrollment Support pages provide a Web-based user interface to a certifying authority.
- These Web pages provide a simple user interface to perform many of the common user tasks on a certifying authority.
- They are made up of Active Server Pages and ActiveX controls.
The following tasks can be performed with Web Enrollment Support pages:
- Connect to a certifying authority via a Web browser.
- Request and obtain a basic user digital certificate.
- Request and obtain other types of certificates by using advanced options.
- Request a digital certificate by using a certificate request file.
- Renew certificates by using a certificate renewal request file.
- Save a certificate request to a file.
- Save the issued digital certificate to a file.
- Check on pending certificate requests.
- Retrieve the CA's digital certificate.
- Retrieve the certificate revocation list from the certifying authority.
- Enroll for smart card certificates on behalf of other users.
