• You are the seller.
• You are able to obtain an export licence and to arrange to clear the goods for export.
• You are able to deliver the goods to the named place.
• You are prepared to contract for the carriage and pay the freight for the goods to the agreed named place.
• You are willing to bear all risks and costs of the goods until they are delivered to the buyer.
• You are not able to obtain the necessary import permits and to clear the goods for import.
• The named destination is a sea port.

Are you willing to bear costs and risks involved in bringing the goods to the named port of destination and discharging the goods on the quay?
