- You are able to obtain an export licence and to arrange to clear the goods for export.
- You are able to deliver the goods to the named place.
- You are prepared to contract for the carriage and pay the freight for the goods to the agreed named place.
- You are not willing to bear all risks and costs of the goods until they are delivered to the buyer.
- The named destination is a sea port.
