- You are the buyer.
- You are able to obtain an import permit for the goods.
- You are able to contract for the carriage and pay freight for the goods from the agreed named place.
- You are able to obtain an export licence and to arrange for the clearance of the goods for export.
- The Incoterm most suitable for your specific situation is EXW - EX WORKS.
