• You are the buyer.
• You are able to obtain an import permit for the goods.
• You are not able to contract for the carriage and pay freight for the goods from the agreed named place.
• You are willing to assume the risk of loss or damage to the goods once the seller has delivered the goods to the carrier.
• You do not want the seller to procure cargo insurance against your risk of loss or of damage to the goods during the carriage
