Useability Exercise

• This exercise has three parts.

1. Revise an useability test screener script.
   • Download the useability test screener script.
   • Compare the script with the WAI useability test screener script.
   • Revise the useability test screener script to screen for test participants for the following products:
     • Sun tan lotion.
     • Hockey stick.
     • Disposable diapers.
     • Digital camera.
2. Write two scenarios for one of the four products listed above.
   
3. Review an useability test report.
   • Download the useability test report template.
   • Review the template, and answer the following questions:
     • For whom should this report be written?
     • What useability metrics are being used?
     • Are there any additional introductory questions that should be asked?
     • What information should be included in the appendices?
