Presentation Skills

• Great product managers need to have excellent presentation skills.
  • They spend a lot of their time presenting to:
    • Company executives
    • Company sales force
    • Key customers
  • They must explain what their product is about and why it is important in a short period of time.

• When presenting, great product managers:
  • Have a minimal number of slides.
  • Are engaging.
  • Are enthusiastic about their product.
  • Are clearly knowledgeable about their product.
  • Speak clearly and to the point.
  • Have slides providing relevant data supporting their point.
