• Great product managers empathize with the target users.
  • The target users may have different:
    • Experiences
    • Priorities
    • Perceptions
    • Tolerances

• There are many similarities and many differences between cultures.
  • Find out if the candidate has enough understanding of other cultures to know the similarities and differences between cultures.
  • This is especially important for international products.
